Care To Share Heaven or Hell Tattoos & Piercings With Friends? 5 star rating 520 Parker Road Fairfield, CA 94535 (707) 439-9760 "I was searching for a clean, professional place to take my teenaged daughter for a lip piercing in Fairfield. We looked online and went to check out the very few places we had found...they were dirty and unprofessional. One of my daughters friends recommended a place she had gone to, called Heaven or Hell. It is located near the Travis airforce base. First of all, even though it was in a fairly remote area, it was very busy. What really impressed me was how friendly and helpful the staff was and the way they went to extremes to make sure I was actually her mother. I was happy to realize she could not go in there and get a tattoo or other piercing without my consent. Jason performed the piercing on my daughter .He was very patient with her (she was nervous about the needle), explained everything in detail and was extremely professional. He even shook our hands afterward and thanked us for our business. The facility was very clean and Jason paid close attention to keeping the tools and environment very sterile. I highly recommend Heaven or Hell tattoos & piercings if you are anywhere in the Fairfield area!".
